Here's a quick idea - practical and immediately implementable. I've worked two 9 month stints at Amazon warehouse in Swansea - luckily I have my own transport. It's slave labour but the biggest issue for many is getting there. I'd suggest a sponsored bus service Llanelli - Crumlin Burrows (Swansea). The agencies who recruit people for Amazon are meant to offer transport but they don't. You might get 100 people jobs that way. (Submitted via email, uploaded by Lee's team).
